When the engine is the game

Every game has physics; a physics game is one where the simulation is the point. Cut a rope and watch where the weight swings. Stack a tower and find out which block was the mistake. Build a bridge from planks and drive a truck onto it. Launch a ragdoll and see how far a body can bounce. The rules are the ones you already know from the real world — gravity, momentum, friction — and the pleasure is that the game respects them, so a clever idea works and a lazy one collapses on camera.

The label collects every title tagged or named physics, which splits into puzzles, toys and vehicles.
